no full length mirror needs updating AC unit noisey Room never turned over with clean towels even though asked Parking was very minimal

The room was clean and comfortable.

We had a bad two bad weather days some water got into the side door,front door but no big issues.

I spent two nights with my wife in this property. The room was clean, silent, cozy with comfortable mattress. It's fully equipped with whatever you need during your stay. Small pool, chilly area and to you can find a place to park your car in the property area or in the public street for free easily. Thirty minutes by foot to get Mallory Square, fifteen minutes to get Duval street, twenty-five minutes for Southernmost point and for Fort Zachary Taylor don't even think to go by foot. It takes at minimum 35/40 minutes and you have to across it under the hot sun to get the beautiful beach, that worths a visit for sure. To keep the long story short, go there by car, because even you are good walkers this property isn't close to the points mentioned above. Maybe you can take into consideration to rent a scooter or a bicycle instead of use your car, thus you can avoid to waste your time searching for a place to park that is not easy to find one and is not cheap too. Very accommodating it was my first time and staff was very good at recommending the best things to do giving directions the room was beautiful I just wish it was aviable for a second night but I can understand why it wouldn’t be

King bed was good . Kids slept on couch that was pretty bad .

If you do not rent a bike everything is just a bit to far away

Pool, let us check in early, bed was comfortable and room good size. Like having a kitchen.

We were there for two nights and only given coffee for 1 morning. Not enough towels 2 given in room and after 5 the next day 2 were provided. No soap holder in shower and sheets to small for bed and kept coming off. No ice maker so buy ice and put in a cooler or little freezer in refrigerator. For the value it is a nice room and pretty and you can cook if you like too. But the person that cleans only takes out the trash and brings the minimum of towels. Staff was extremely accommodating and the rate was good. All in all we had a good time. The pool is very nice.

Great location. However they need to remodel. The building is so old. The room hasn’t been dusted in years! Water pressure sucks! We stayed in room 404! Stay clear!
