Point of view condos, tranquility bay, koh chang

The property is very peaceful with a lovely view across the bay and fishing village. It’s quiet and calm, which suits guests looking for total relaxation. The swimming pool is beautiful, and the location can be convenient as a short stopover if you’re planning boat trips or excursions to nearby islands. There is also a small beach and beach hut nearby, and Bang Bao and Klong Kloi are walkable for those who are fit and don’t mind hills.

Unfortunately, I experienced a persistent bug infestation on the balcony from the first night and every night after, which meant I didn’t feel comfortable using it. The bed was extremely hard, and as a side sleeper I ended up with bruised hips. There are unsafe step hazards inside the room, including a large step from the bathroom into the bedroom and another step in the shower, with no warning signs this was particularly risky at night. Accessing the pool is difficult and exhausting due to long routes and many stairs. The beach is rocky when the tide goes out and not ideal for swimming, with frequent boat traffic. The property is quite isolated without a car you would feel stranded. The mini market closes early, and I did not receive the welcome pack that other guests did. For the price, better beachfront accommodation is available elsewhere.

The pool and the view

The sound level between appartments was awful. It was extremely loud when the upstairs guest walked or moved furniture. For a new building that is very disappointing

Nice chill and quiet area close to restaurants and bars if you have a scooter. Pool is right next to the water very nice (this is private property so there’s no bar or food on property)

Ottima posizione, tranquilla e vista mare con spiaggia privata e piscina ad uso condominiale. Appartamento ben arredato in stile thai.

Scarse informazioni per il check-in autonomo (quando siamo arrivati non era presente il portiere e non era chiaro dove saremmo dovuti accedere). Al momento dell’arrivo la struttura non era pulita (probabilmente eravamo i primi occupanti della stagione) e c’era odore di muffa. Il proprietario è stato solerte nel mandare lo staff di pulizia il giorno successivo il nostro arrivo (staff gentilissimo che ringraziamo). Visti i servizi, rispetto alla media la struttura ci è risultata essere cara.p
