Not enough help for trips around

The apartment is clean and cozy, and you will find everything you need for your stay. Bojana welcomed us and was so nice and helpful, answering a few of my messages in a minute. She made check-in and check-out super easy and pleasant. I will be back for sure.

Staff was polite and instructions given were very helpful. Apartment was very cozy and for me it had all the facilities that I needed. Location is about 8-9 minutes from center and easy to connect with the ski center road.

Iptv didn't work very good and wifi may need to improve

My stay at this apart-hotel was outstanding! The suite was beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed—from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy living spaces. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The lady (Mrs Boyana) responsible to receive us went above and beyond, always available with a warm smile and helpful advice. Its central location made it easy to explore the city, yet it offered a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. I felt completely at home here—perfect for both long and short stays. Highly recommended!

Great apartment, very well equipped , comfortable bed, new furniture and well designed. The hostess was attentive and extremely hospitable and tried to accommodate every request.
