στο κέντρο της Κομοτηνής, το σπίτι μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα 5 άτομα, έχει τα πάντα από παροχές και είναι ευρύχωρο, είναι μεν παλιό διαμέρισμα (με ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο) σε παλιά πολυκατοικία αλλά σε σχέση με την τιμή του και την τοοποθεσία, ήταν value for money, θα ξαναπήγαινα
