Apartments Konaci Kopaonik

We liked that the apartment has a great location and a nice view of the center of Konaci. The Konaci parking area is right next to it. The apartment itself is perfectly suitable and comfortable for two people or for two people with a small child.

The apartment was very dirty, and the bathroom had clearly not been properly cleaned. There were hairs everywhere, the bed linens were worn and unpleasant, the curtains were dirty, and the walls and wallpaper were damaged and stained. The dishes also seemed carelessly stored. The manager we dealt with appeared unprofessional and uninterested in resolving issues, making no effort to return calls or address our concerns. It would also be helpful to provide an additional key card, especially since there is no lockbox by the entrance.

Not cleaned properly, no ventilation systems, fridge wasn’t working, no toilet paper provided, staff was so slow to respond to any message, and the cleaning service last day of the stay asked us to leave one hour earlier saying that ‘they heard us we already woke up’.

Cisto, toplo, prostrano, dobro opremljeni.

Good location. Near the ski elevators. Good complex with all needed: restaurants, rentals.

The property attempted to cancel my booking while making it appear as if the cancellation was initiated by me. I was never contacted about this. Messages sent through the Booking.com chat were completely ignored — I did not receive a single response. I had to contact the property myself via WhatsApp. Only after I refused to cancel the booking on my own did they provide payment details and insist on prepayment. The maintenance issues I reported applied to one of the rooms only. In that room, the toilet was loose and not properly fixed, the toilet seat was broken, several power sockets were pulled out of the wall, and a light fixture was damaged. In the second room, there was a persistent smell in the bathroom resembling burnt wiring. Additionally, the built-in stove was not working and was replaced with a portable electric stove plugged into a wall socket. On the second-to-last day, a cleaner entered the room without knocking in order to take some cleaning supplies. There is no regular room cleaning provided, so this felt unexpected and uncomfortable, and gave the impression that the room might be used as a storage or base for housekeeping. Overall, communication was very poor and the condition of the rooms did not meet basic expectations.
