Smeštaj je u bivšim Konacima, u samom centru Kopaonika. Prodavnica Idea je na 2min od smeštaja, staza na 5min. Vlasnici su bili ljubazni, komunikacija i dogovor laki.

Smeštaj nema skijašnicu, pa je bilo potrebno skije i panserice nositi sa sobom u sobu.
