Clean, spacious, we had a cozy living room, where we enjoyed the fireplace every night. We had parking place, no stress to find a spot when returning from the ski slops, a restaurant and some stores were 1 minute away.

The host is kind and nice, and the house is perfect, really good for a family stay or friends. All facilities are good and the house is clean. Great location with 10 min drive. We love the free coffee in the house and the red wine for celebrating the new year!!!

A good place for 7 people. Convenient location. The supermarket is 5 min.away. The ski slopes are 5-10 min by car, depending on the weather. Almost everything needed in the apartment. Rastislav was very patient, nice & helpful. There is a washing machine, the sleeping rooms are spacious. Good temperature in the rooms & whole apartment.

No coffee machine & dishwasher. The stairs are not convenient. The living room looks much more spacious at the photos. For 7 people together in it is a little bit small. Overall, it’s a good place for your vacation.

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and warm. It has all the facilities mentioned on the website and they all work well. The owner (Ratislav) is very easy to communicate and always ready to help. The two only minor problems we can name are low celing on the top floor stairs which one might hit with their head and a possibility to temporarily run out of hot water after showering or washing dishes for too long (we stayed there in winter which is a hard time for water boilers). The location of the house is very convenient for the visitors of Kapaonik skiing resort, it takes 15 minutes by car to get there. The apartment provides access to the private parking which makes it simple to find free parking spots. The area around the house has a grocery shop, several bars and restaurants as well as spa. In 10 minutes by foot there is a viewpoint with a picturesque view on the mountains that look amazing in sunset. We totally recommend this apartment, especially for those who plan to enjoy Kapaonik ski slopes.

We were warmly welcomed by host. Facilities were ready to use including washing machine with dry program (with washing powder and softener included), fireplace (with wood to fore), even microwave. All rooms are nice size, clean, with TVs with local and international programs. One room is en suite, which was handy as we were 2 families vacationing. Location is great due to bus driving to ski slopes in front of the complex. Also supermarket Idea is less then 100m from the property.

Sometimes is difficult to find parking when returning from skiing.
