Sunset View Ski & Spa apartments Kopaonik

10/10 for the apartment & host We stayed in apartment in N building, everything was just perfect.
Our host Diana was outstanding – polite, professional, always quick to respond, and very pleasant. Truly 10/10. The apartment itself was also 10/10 – clean, beautifully furnished, and with a stunning view of Kopaonik. Reception services were handled by Tik Tourist, and the lady who welcomed us waited for us late in the evening for check-in. She was also 10/10, polite and professional. The surroundings were fabulous (after all, it’s Kopaonik!) — beautiful nature and plenty of activities nearby.

0/5 for the spa pool Hotel Milmari Spa & Pool (across the street) – 0/10 Unfortunately, our experience with the spa and pool at Hotel Milmari was the complete opposite. * The male host was hostile, unpleasant, and got into arguments with all guests as that day. The entire experience felt like we were unwanted there. * Facilities were in very poor condition: * Outdoor pool & sun deck looked like they hadn’t been updated since the 1980s * Pool tiles broken, wooden floor damaged * Indoor pool windows dirty and broken * The only positive was that the indoor pool water was warm (~30°C). Overall, I cannot recommend the spa centre to anyone. The apartment and hosts, however, were absolutely wonderful, and I would gladly return to Sunset View Ski & Spa Apartments again — just not to the Milmari spa.

Бевме една недела фамилијарно со мало бебе од 9 месеци. Апартманот беше како на сликите, имаше се неопходно во него. Супер поглед, пристап од сите страни. Добро беше и за количка, има кај да се прошета, а и самата зграда штити од ветрови. Многу добро се одржава околината исто така цело време е чисто. Диана беше фина што и да ти треба ќе те услужи.

Базенот не вреди за парите а и општо е многу скап за некој што престојува таму, иако сето тоа го знаевме од старт. Реално на тој воздух и не ни требаше многу базен.

Od samog dolaska, prijema na recepciji do polaska, apsolutno smo uživali u udobnosti i prirodi! Svaka preporuka!

The appartement was really nice! Full equipment outside evrything vas so clean and comfortable.. But the view from window! That is the best thing!

Its not clean, very dirty for that amount of money, the view was great tho.

The hotel is just the right place to stay and expect everything to be right: the reception, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the views, the spa complex. Especially the spa complex because it seems to be the best size and quality for its price in Serbia.

The restaurant and restaurants nearby close their kitchens early, at 10 pm. You can have drink and spend time after though.

Our best stay at Kopaonik! The apartment was very comfy and warm with beautiful mountains view. Spa center and the restaurant were in the same building and that is a big plus. We will come back :)
