Lux Apartman A18 & SPA Centar

We stayed in this apartment with two kids. First, the owner contacted us a couple of times before the arrival, so he could ensure all necessary that we feel at home. We had two special requests because of the baby and all was done speedy and properly. The apartment is very clean, nice, and with a beautiful view. It's located around 8-10 min by car from the ski center. Inside the hotel, there is an SPA but we did not try it because of taking care of our kids. The apartment has all the equipment necessary for the stay and the owner said to ask for additional stuff if necessary. The bathroom has heating on the floor which is great. It has many closets for your things and accessories and a heater in the bathroom for a ski wardrobe. Everything is equipped perfectly. The two ladies who took care of the apartments were very pleasant and helpful always. While I write this review I really don't know who can give less than 10 for this apartment and its owner. The payment was done easily with an exception as we stayed a day less (because of the rain and fog no skiing). In conclusion, you can agree all necessary with him and he recommended some things to us to help us with our winter adventure. I don't know what to add more, as I have only good words and my sincere recommendations for this apartment for staying at Kopaonik if you choose this apartment.

There is nothing that I would say as a negative thing about this apartment really.

The apartment is very comfortable and warm. The view from the windows is very nice. The bed is super comfortable. The warm floor in the bathroom is a very pleasant feature when you return frozen from the skiing. There are many nice restaurants nearby, a bigger supermarket is about 200m uphill.

We stayed for 4 nights and it would be nice to have a cleaning at least once (at least, change the towels and empty the garbage bin). The reception was always empty and I found out that the staff is in the restaurant downstairs only at the last day. The place before the hotel and the stairs towards the parking were covered by ice and not cleaned most of the time. When we arrived I did not realise that this apartment is part of Aris Kop hotel, so I spent some time trying to find the location. The host was helpful and guided me through a call, but a single note that it is just inside Kop hotel would be very helpful.

Super pretty and nice place that has absolutely everything you could think of! I have never seen that kind of pretty property.

The owner was very kind end helpful, the apartment was full equipped, very nice and comfortable! The view from the balcony was really nice. The restaurant and the wellness was very pleasant in the hotel. We spent unforgettable time here!
