The friendliness of the staff. The room was value for money, if we exclude the cleanliness.

The room was completely unclean. Upon our arrival, it was so disgustingly dirty, especially in the toilet, that my wife needed to clean and disinfect everything. Second issue is the facilities inside are like a labyrinth. It is not easy to find the reception and it is impossible to find the SPA and restaurant. There is not direction signs and you can very easily get lost. Last but not least. The parking is disaster. The parking spots are shared with the guest of the hotel nearby (Harmonija) and it can facilitate maybe 10% of the occupancy of the hotel. Practically, the only way to find a parking spot, is to "create" a parking spot the Balkan way. Absolutely ridiculous, nobody gave any thought about the parking.

Everything was in order, the appartment, the view, the location and the instructions were clear. All in all, would go again. :)

The only thing I didn't like was the appartment not having almost any supply.. No toilet paper or table cloth, shower gel, coffee, tea... That's not a deal breaker for this appartment but some small things that the owner should consider adding since they don't cost much but help the guests a lot by not having to run to the grocery shop for these essentials.
