The staff were exceptional and the place was immaculate! It’s in the perfect location, just a short stroll to the main centre of town. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at 10 ApArt in Kos. The building is completely new, and everything in the apartment felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was an espresso machine with great coffee, complimentary water, and even a small bottle of ouzo waiting for us—such a nice touch! When we checked out, he kindly offered us bottles of water for the road. He also gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants and beaches, which made our time on the island even more enjoyable. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a clean, modern place with outstanding hospitality!

L'appartamento è spazioso, curato, arredato modernamente con un'aspetto estetico splendido, dotato di tutti i comfort, pulitissimo (ogni tre giorni viene fatta la pulizia e cambiata la biancheria). La posizione è meravigliosa, l'appartamento è situato in una zona centrale ma silenziosa. Petros è un host gentilissimo e molto disponibile, attento ad ogni esigenza.

Everything was spotless, the decor was modern and stylish, and the apartment had everything we needed. Although it’s in a quiet street, it’s only a 5-minute walk to the beach and town center, and about 7–8 minutes to the port. Petros, the host, was extremely helpful and kind. He welcomed us with thoughtful touches like a bottle of ouzo, coffee, tea, water, and snacks. He also gave us great tips on local restaurants and places to visit. Plus, he provided us with free bikes, which made exploring the island even more enjoyable. Thank you, Petros, for making our stay so special — we’ll definitely come back!

Everything was top notch, host was so accommodating and friendly to help us with our time there. Location was perfect as we were 5 min walk to the harbour and dining/shopping areas. Highly recommend this place if you plan on staying in Kos.

Very modern and clean apartment with everything we needed for a stay in Kos Town. Very central location and a friendly host with lots of great recommendations and help when we needed it.
