Apartments Luka, Punta Jurana

The location was perfect for all we wanted to do. The view out the kitchen window was fabulous. The restaurant just out the door was great for breakfast. It was the perfect place for our stay.

The attic style ceiling limited my 6'1" spouse, but it didn't hinder our stay. The stair access (split stairs) to the apartment could be difficult for some people.

Apartment Luca (with sea view) is ideally located, just a one minute walk from the ferry dock and a similar distance to the gates of Old Town. The host, Filip, was great. He met us at the ferry and helped us get our luggage up to the first floor apartment. The apartment has a wrap around balcony and wonderful view. The bedroom had one large bed as well as a twin bed. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Despite the shortcomings below, it was a great place to stay. We loved visiting Korčula Island.

The apartment decor was somewhat dated and the kitchen/sitting area was very small. The bathroom was adequate but smelled somewhat musty.

Room

The images for my room were not correct, however they moved me immediately into the one that I actually booked.

Apartment very conveniently situated just outside the old city and a short, flat walk from the ferry (don’t take the road up the slope when you arrive). Good to have a balcony overlooking the port. Filip was unable to meet us from the ferry, but sent a video showing the way to the apartment.

Unpleasant smell from the drain in the bathroom floor.

Great location and easy walking distance to everything. The apartment is clean and well maintained in a lovely historic building. The view of the port from the balcony is gorgeous and the host was very accomodating.

The bathroom towels were a bit old
