Great central location. Great host accommodated our early arrival. We had 2 apartments. Flat 5 was lovely on the top floor, next to the terrace and amazing views including an awesome sunset.

Need 4 chairs on the terrace rather than 2. Kitchen equipment was low stock. Beds were not so comfy. We were only staying 1 night so was ok for us.

"In the middle of the old town"

Location was great! In the middle of the old town and close to each attraction around Kos. It took 10 minutes by walk from the port. The stairs at the entrance can be harmful for some people but it was not so hard for me. A tall dressing mirror can be great for the ladies. Apartment was very clean and it was silent despite it is very close to the center. Efharisto poli for your hospitality and I will definitely come back again.

Just one tall mirror could be great but its not a big deal!

Ottima posizione , proprietarie ( mamma e figlia) attente a rendere confortevole il soggiorno , alloggio pulito con tutti i servizi necessari , si può visitare la città di kos comodamente a piedi .

I had a lovely stay in Irini’s place, she and her daughter took good care of me and I would definitely go back. Mosquitoes nets on the windows were very useful! The apartment is in a very central location, this means you have everything you need around, but also that is quite noisy at night. There is AC in the room so closing the windows is an efficient solution.
