First thing that comes to my mind is ‘premium quality’. Every detail is well thought to provide the feeling of home. Dimitra is a great person and helps you about simply everything you need help with throughout your stay. Even when there was a slight problem (caused by me) we cooperatively resolved it with mutual trust. Would be my number 1 choice next time i visit Kos.

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Direkt in der Altstadt, nahe am Hafen und Fähranleger. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment und außergewöhnlich ruhig.

Wir hatten das Apartment 2. Der Balkon ist sehr klein und man blickt in einen etwas vernachlässigten Hinterhof mit anscheinend leerstehenden Gebäuden hinunter. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört (eher gewundert). Blickt man gerade aus über die Dächer hinweg, ist das schöne Meer in Sicht.

Great location in the center of Kos town, close to the port and 15-minute walk from Lambi beach. The apartment is fresh, well-equipped, and thanks to its orientation, the balcony stays shaded and comfortable all day. Being in the heart of town, you can hear music from nearby bars at night, which adds to the lively atmosphere

Evin konumu harikaydı. Konaklama yaparken ihtiyaciniz olabilecek herşey düşünülmüş. Temizlik mukemmel yapılmış. Sıcak karşılama sürprizi ise kalbiniz ısıtıyor. Dimitra'ya özel notu ve ada ile ilgili bütün guzel yönlendirmeleri icin ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Kendi evimdeki kadar konforlu bir konaklama oldu lokasyon olarak old town bölgesinin merkezinde ve heryere ulaşım çok kolay.

Questo appartamento è stato il nostro rifugio perfetto durante la nostra vacanza! La posizione è ideale, centralissimo vicino a tutti i servizi principali ed ai ristoranti e locali per un’uscita serale ma lontano dai rumori, la pulizia è impeccabile e l'arredamento è moderno accogliente e funzionale .Lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque cerchi un posto confortevole e tranquillo per rilassarsi. Siamo stati assolutamente soddisfatti dell'appartamento! La proprietaria è stata super disponibile e cordiale rispondendo sempre molto velocemente alle nostre richieste ed aiutandoci a rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto . Che dire di più appartamento piccolo ma ideale per una coppia , la proprietaria eccezionale! straconsigliato per una vacanza rilassante e senza inconvenienti

I stayed with my daughter and we had a comfortable time. The flat was clean, modern, and well-located. We appreciated the snacks and the kind postcard from the host. Everything was easy and smooth. Thank you!

The host is very hospitable. The location of the apartment is very nice. A 200m short walk to the harbor with a beautiful view of the sea. All daily necessities are available. I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed my time here.
