Ogólnie pobyt w Koszalinie mi się podobał, jestem z Koszalina ale nie mieszkam już 20 lat...

Nie podobał mi się kontakt z właścicielem bardzo słaby, w łazience odpadające kafelki niedziałający prysznic.... Mój syn w łazience rozciął sobie stopę o wystające potłuczone kafelki podłogowe na szczęście rozcięcie było niewielkie... Mieszkanie może kiedyś miało swoją świetlność niestety trzeba zrobić gruntowny remont co do czystości pomieszczenia to wiele do życzenia.... Właścicielka mieszkania zapewniała mnie że mieszkanie posiada może nie tyle własny parking co możliwość zaparkowania w pobliżu niestety nie jest to prawda znalezienie miejsca na zaparkowanie samochodu graniczy z cudem więc nie rozumiem dlaczego w ofercie jest "apartament z miejscem do parkowania"....
