Apartman KEJ BLUE free parking

I liked the location of the property and how spacious the apartment is. Host was quick with his responses and ready to help if needed.

Apartment wasn’t clean to the standard of the rating that they have. Sheets were not clean in one of the rooms, but the host was good and he sent the cleaning lady straight after to change them, so that was resolved quickly. However, overall cleanliness of the apartment should have been improved. All the dishes and kitchen utensils had to be washed again as they had some sticky residue over them, had to do dusting again and looked like it wasn’t cleaned properly and in some time. Also, door on one of the wardrobes were stuck in the middle, so it was very difficult for us to put our clothes in. Lastly, I left the note via Booking about our arrival, and the host wasn’t there. I had to make a phone call to him, even though we were coming to the apartment straight from the airport and didn’t have the SIM cards for the call. I mean what is the purpose of the ‘Let your host know when you are coming’ option on Booking if they expect me to call them as well?!

Great location. Host made it easy to meet at checkin to collect the keys, even with our late arrival. Apartment was clean and plenty spacious enough. It was very helpful to have a washing machine available.

Expensive relative to other costs of living in the area. No control over the temperature - it would sometimes get really hot in the apartment due to the winter heating, and our only recourse was to open the windows. Doing so at night often meant being woken up early by outside noise the next morning.
