Absolutely gorgeous apartment! What level of detail and dedication to its unique style! My first hour went into admiring all the nice touches of the decor! The location is outstanding. Very cozy kitchen and bathroom. They seem to make their own stuff like shampoos, shower gels etc which were left to be used. The biscuits left for us on the table were delicious, and appeared to be from the local baker! Smooth communication with the host.

Since the building is next to the main bridge, some noise would be heard from passing people and cars. But it added to the charm in a way. Also we kept the windows open for ventilation during the night so mosquitoes came in (or some other biting insects) so nets would have been nice:)

Exquisitely refurbished and designed. Aesthetically gorgeous, even if somewhat minimalist. Amazing location, but not troubled by street noise! Apart perhaps from the bar across the road pumping out lame 80s rock. Even the herd of chubby spiders politely stay outside, and defend the property from aerial attack. Whoever designed the decor managed to combine a mixed-up rustic look with an understated functional competence. Everything you need, no clutter!

The old school door locks look and feel great, but I'm not sure if they're legal these days. A reading light on both sides of the bed would have been nice

The view from the window was absolutely breathtaking — the historic red brick bridge and river created a magical, peaceful atmosphere. The location is perfect for enjoying Kuldīga’s charm, and the apartment had a cozy, nostalgic feel that matched the building’s character.
