Beautiful building, perfect position, comfortable accommodation

Very poor assistance from booking.com, remote for TV didn't work to change volume and no assistance, no comm regarding Wifi password (only 9 hours after we left the place) impossible to find studio (luckily a maintenance guy could show us), very difficult to find parking bay.

Location and unit was great

The check in process at the security desk is not very smooth and helpful. Very frustrating to deal with when you are in a hurry or on a specific time frame. Too much of admin and unnecessary questions for a short stay.

Great location, great nature trail next to the property which leads to the beach. New complex, clean and neat. Shopping (Checkers) on the property is a huge positive.

No beach view. Lots of mosquitos and other insects.

The email for directions and the key code was only sent on Saturday. This should have been sent once payment was made. We didnt even enter the apartment because we did not have the key.

I felt secure

The fridge made a loud sound and I couldn't sleep but the owner was very responsive and willing to help sort it out but unfortunately it was not possible to sort out the day I needed to sleep. So I had to sleep with a loud buzzing sound. The neighbours played loud music all night till 5am and the guards didn't say anything and it was a week night. The unit had a odour of the previous person staying there The unit is really hard to find I got lost everytime I left the place
