Bell'appartamento con un comodo parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Uso di cucina con tutti gli accessori necessari. Trattoria economica e piccolo supermarket nello stesso stabile. A due passi dal sentiero pedonale e ciclabile del lungo Dora. Proprietario molto gentile e collaborativo.

Scale ripide senza ascensore. Posizione sulla strada statale e non in centro paese, ma questo agevola l'uso dell'auto..
