Que el propietario no puso pegas para la devolución del dinero

Había una plaga de cucarachas, no pudimos dormir ahí pero nos devolvió el importe de todas las noches. Si esperas tener la terraza de arriba seguramente estés alquilando el bajo ya que con las fotos dan pie a confusión. Espero que solucionen lo de las cucas

The hot water only run the first night for a little time. Then we had to shower with cold water which made the trip a bit hard. I would like to get a compensation as I trusted booking for my work trips and my colleagues weren't happy about it

Die Betten waren super, Matratze, Kissen, Oberbett, - alles top

die Küchenausstattung hat etwas Luft nach oben, aber prinzipiell war fast alles da.
