The location, the readiness of the hostess to help if necessary, the fact that there was a kitchen, and the availability of a blanket (duvets are too hot for me).

L'appartamento è arredato con molto stile e in condizioni eccellenti. Le due camere da letto sono ampie. La zona giorno, con angolo cottura, è piccola, ma essenziale. Comodo il secondo bagno (solo wc e lavandino).

L'appartamento si trova al piano terra, con affaccio pochi metri sopra la strada principale. La seconda camera da letto invece affaccia su un triste cortile interno di ingresso ai garage. Connessione wifi pessima e incostante in quasi tutte le stanze. Nei primi giorni la casa era abbastanza fredda e il riscaldamento non è autonomo. L'appartamento è a gestione familiare (questo è unico alloggio gestito dalla famiglia che abita sopra) e la proprietaria comunica con molta gentilezza, ma principalmente attraverso messaggi vocali inviati su whatsapp.
