"I had a nice time."

The slant roof made the bathroom space tight. Particularly the shower. Tha parking pad could use a little work. Not a must but landscaping can add to curb appeal.

"Nice location and perfect for our stay"

Located in the quiet residential neighborhood of Lakewood. Easy drive to downtown or you can just safely walk a few blocks and find something to eat or do. You have your own entrance to walk the steps to the attic. Room was clean and comfortable and the kitchenette was a bonus. Price was good and it was everything we needed for our stay. Check in/out was quick and convenient.

No issues for my wife and I. Keep in mind that you are in an attic so the ceiling in the bathroom is under a slanted roof (including the shower). I had no problem using it.

"Very Good"

Cute little attic apartment, very well equipped, easy to find and centrally located in Lakewood. Comfortable bed.

Today is very hot and the AC was not on when we arrived so we are really hot. There are not a lot of outlets to charge our phones and hearing aids. It was hard to lift our suitcases up the staircase to get up to the third floor.

"Grandma's Attic is a perfect place to stay with no frills."

I liked the nice neighborhood it was in and it was close to restaurants. The size of the place was good. Bed was comfortable. Host was responsive and friendly.

It was hard to stand up in some of the areas (stairwell, bathroom and bathtub). Parking area was overgrown and the driveway had uneven cement.

Small efficient, good price

I’m 5’11”. The top of the stairs and using the shower was a bit awkward, hitting my head on ceilings. Other than that it was fine.

Great location, easy parking. Lakewood has lots of great restaurants and coffee shops to explore. It was quiet and peaceful on the top floor. Slept great!

The bathroom shower is a little difficult to navigate.

Nettes Apartment in einem alten Privathaus im DG. Es gibt vor dem Apartment eine kleine Küche. Die Gegend ist sehr beschaulich. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze.

Das Bettlaken war vergilbt. Die Decke reichte leider nicht für die Außentemperaturen. In der Dusche konnte man mit 1,93 m nicht stehen.
