Amazing location in a calm spot near the sea. Wonderful sea view. Surprisingly large. Right on the beach, there are underwater rock formations that attract a variety of fish.

The furnishings are a bit outdated.

Maison avec un accès privé à la plage exceptionnel et literie très confortable : parfait pour une famille de 5 avec bébé ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour pour découvrir le sud est et ouest de l'île. Avec la visite des daims le soir : extra !!

Quelques équipements pourraient être renouvelés, un peu vétuste (parasol, étendoir à linge, etc...) mais l'emplacement est vraiment top !!

Wonderful place - spacious, perfect location, everything a family might need, plus very welcoming and responding hosts. We found a wonderful sandy beach nearby.

When you enter this property it is into a room with a sofa bed and a table - from there you have access to the balcony, the master bedroom and a shower room/toilet. There is a washing machine in a cupboard upstairs too. You go downstairs into a living room come kitchen with access to another shower room/toilet, twin bedroom and out into the terrace. The living room has another bed settee. The kitchen has a single oven with built in grill and a halogen hob, a sink, fridge/freezer and is well equipped. We did all our own catering there with no problems. The terrace has a wonderful l-shaped massive outdoor sofa as well as a dining table and four chairs and four sun-loungers too - great for admiring all the stars at night. There was a clothes airer, iron and ironing board, high chair and even a sun shade umbrella to use on the beach and 3 beach towels. There is even an outdoor shower to clean yourself off after swimming. The beach is accessable from the terrace - only a short walk along a path through some bushes and is very private. It is gritty/pebbly and we had taken canvas shoes, but they filled with grit quickly so we bought some swim shoes which were ideal. The tidal current there is strong and the beach is steep banked, so we found ourselves very quickly out of our depth so after that only swam when the tide was coming in. There is some amazing rock shelves there that drop off - and the snorkling is really good! Billy, the host, was always available and extremely accommodating - couldn't have been nicer. The location is quite far from Rhodes - about 1 hr and 15 mins but it's only 30-40 mins from Lindos. We also visited the taverna in Lachania which is absolutely delightful. If you fancy wind surfing, go to the very South of the Island where the two oceans meet - there are loads of wind surfing classes, kite flying activities there.

We did have problems finding the property in the dark, but that isn't Billy's fault. If you are driving towards Lachania from the airport the house is on the left. Our landmark was a pink tractor on the left followed by a pink house and then the turning into the driveway is immediately on the left. If you reach SouthRock Villas (also on the left and well signposted) you have gone too far south by a few hundred yards. None of this was Billy's fault! Perhaps a sign might help. The Booking.com listing states that the propery has a dishwasher - it doesn't. This was actually an important aspect of why we booked there because we knew we were going to do a lot of self catering. It does, however have a washing machine which is NOT listed which ofset the lack of a dishwasher, so all good. There is no tv or radio here - we were fine without it but it is good to be prepared and have lots of books and glasses of wine ready for the star gazing....

Perfect place if you want to enjoy in peace. Beautiful pebble beach in front of the house with no people, like your own private beach, water cristal clear, stunning view from the terrace.... small piece of Haven on the earth. The house is nice, spaces, very well equipped, every room has an AC and both living rooms. (4 all together) Everything is close, supermarkets, restaurants, farmacy...10 to 15 min driving. The owner very kind and helpful. We had a beautiful welcome with lots of presents... We spent in this beautiful place 4 weeks and they passed as a moment All in all, everything was great. I would recommend to everybody who wants really good and relaxing holiday.

The place is just fantastic. Beautiful natural place and calm location. A car is worth to rent to see many nice beaches arround. Communication with owner easy and very accommodating owner. Absolutely recommended.
