The owner was very kind. He informed me about some must-sees. Also he advised me on a restaurant for the evening. If it’s on the route I’ll definitely go back here.

Everything! We were 2 women, the owner gave us 2 separate room for the same price ( we were just overnight arrived at midnight).We actually had whole ground floor to use! The interior is beautiful, it matches the shown pictures. Very nice the owner :) If we come back to Toscana we would stay there again. It is 20 min driving from autostrada but we found it with any problem. 50euro is great price.

We liked everything!

The accommodation is in a quiet residential area and on-site parking is available right outside the villa. We were met by our friendly chatty host and showed to the apartment, in the basement of his property and reached by external steps. He's given it some character, not at all the bland modern studio. The small kitchen with table and chairs is cosy, the main bed-sitting room is big with huge table, sofa, chairs and old-style (and comfy) double bed, while the configuration of the small bathroom is unusual but works perfectly! At the top of the steps outside is a small garden area with table and chairs, very relaxing. Within walking distance are the London Bar (closed in the evening we were there) and the Osteria del Vino, a bar restaurant, open early evening but closed later. Our host had told us about the 'Old Town' area up the hill above the residential area and that was definitely worth a wander around next morning.
