"Great kid friendly place in a quiet neighborhood not far from the downtown"

The property was quite kid-friendly - lot’s of toys, board games and books. Also, had a large TV with broad variety of TV channel subscriptions.

The kid from the flat above was quite noisy - running around up until 00:00 and since the old ceilings have little to no sound-proofing then it was quite audible and not letting us fell asleep properly.
