Прекрасные апартаменты! Чисто, уютно, красиво, тепло. Отлично оснащённая кухня, шикарная посуда. В ванной комнате есть всё необходимое.

Людям с ограниченными возможностями сложно добраться до апартаментов. Неудобные подушки и было бы хорошо на каждую двухместную кровать иметь по два одеяла.

Atrašanās vieta lieliska. Dzīvoklis bija mājīgs, komfortabs un nokomplektēts ar kvalitatīviem apdares elementiem, mēbelēm, sadzīves tehniku un dažādiem piederumiem.

Būtu labi, ja seifs būtu nostiprināts, nevis vienkārši ielikts skapī, jo šinī gadījumā no tā nebija nekādas jēgas. Lielā dušas klausule nedarbojās, mazā klausule darbojās, bet tai bija bojāta stiprinājums. Būtu labi, ja dušā būtu paredzēta vieta kur nolikt ziepes vai šampūnu.

Style over substance sums up this property — fine for a very short stay, but unsuitable for longer visits or families with children. Noise is a major issue: the bedroom blind is paper-thin with a streetlight shining through it, the hardwood floors mean every step upstairs can be heard, and on weekends the restaurant across the street plays loud music. Add to this the cobbled street below, where cars make constant noise, and getting proper rest is difficult. The facilities are also lacking. The bathroom is no bigger than a shoebox, with water pouring out into the entrance. A washing machine is provided, but there is no way to dry clothes — not even an airer. No spare towels or sheets are supplied, and there’s no option to change or dry them and when you do ask you’re reminded it’s not a hotel. Customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to resolve issues. Even Booking.com’s attempts at mediation were ignored until checkout, when Roze finally asked about our stay only after compensation had been applied. Having stayed with this group several times, the same problems seem consistent across their properties: missing basics, poor service, and an emphasis on style rather than substance.
