Bread etc in fridge. Fine as a starter. Great coffee machine.

The apartment was large and very nice. Fabulous balcony for wine and cheese. Our host was very helpful!

Nice apartment but too close to the highway. Noises through the night, if not the highway, then dogs or kids!!! Kitchen door needs to be replaced as do the dining room chairs.

We loved this apartment! So close to the train station, mercado & restaurants! It's just a 15 to 20 minute walk to Old Town. Our host went above & beyond! We loved the nice touches of coffee pods, orange juice, bread, olive oil, butter, water & and milk!!

It is hard to find anything wrong with the apartment! Except that the kitchen door, the cabinet doors, and the refrigerator door seemed to be mounted backward. Clearly, a kitchen made for one person. 2 in the kitchen was difficult, but not impossible. The bedrooms & bathrooms were perfect!

Apartment had everything you needed for the price and the outside facilities would be nice in warmer weather if they don’t get too crowded.

Location. Noisy highway if you are placed in apartment block 23 as we were. Also it is 7-8 minutes to the metro or a taxi but it is a good 30 minutes walk to the old town. If you are ok with this walk and are happy in the suburbs it would be fine. I was led to believe it was a closer walk to the old town so we ended up using taxis.

The host who met us was fantastic! He was friendly and he went above and beyond to help us through the language barrier. His English is way better than our Spanish!

A little confusing to figure out how to enter the property, but once we gave up and called the host was quick to meet us and show us the way.

The apartment was very nice, clean and pleasant to stay at and has an assigned, underground parking space. We had rented a SEAT Arona and it fit in the space well. It's not in the center of town but that was a plus for us and it's a great place to use as a base for the La Rioja region. There are restaurants and grocery stores in easy walking distance. The owner was very responsive and provided extra little touches that made cooking and cleaning up that much easier. He also provided a bottle of local wine, quite tasty. 😊 Additional note on the parking garage: the exit is a different door than the entrance. When you approach the exit door there is a pillar at the end of the wall separating where you are from a ramp coming up from a lower parking level. On that pillar is a square sensor for the key fob that opens the exit door from the garage. We had to get the fob quite close to activate it. Not really a negative, just nice to be aware: It was a bit challenging finding the garage entrance. That was probably partly due to jet lag, being unfamiliar with the area and it being a busy traffic time. The photos the owner texted are helpful and if you can do the google map street view to see what's around it before you're driving around looking for it you'll probably find it quicker than we did😉. Once we did recognize where it was, the lady who was to meet us was waiting outside on the sidewalk to let us in. She was very nice but only spoke Spanish. Our daughter was able to speak with her but even if she hadn't I'm sure we would have figured it all out. It is near a highway so traffic noise can be noticeable in the morning. In summary: It was a great place to stay and we would be happy to stay there again!

very nice flat, everything was there. super friendly owner. large pool outdoors. good in house parking. great views.

Balcony and all windows facing noisy ring road, so you must sleep with closed windows. no sir on in smaller bedroom. some quirks like silly hinging of fridge doors and cupboards in kitchen making use impractical. it takes a day or two getting used to the labyrinth around the closed complex and getting bearings right.
