Stylish open plan Townhouse

The complex and house were nice and well located. Very quiet and safe. Perfect for a couple and kids.

The carpets in the bedrooms reeked of cat or dog urine and was really unpleasant. The house was not very clean in general, shower door, taps etc. were dirty and kitchen also not very clean. When I complained to owner he offered to send his mom to dry clean the carpets but that would have inconvenienced us further. I specif8cally asked.if all.was.in order with the place before we arrived and we were told it was. Owner was well aware of the smell in the bedrooms and did not advise or have it cleaned for our arrival. This made a huge impact on the value for money based on the high daily rate charged. Owner refused to reduce the rate and advised we could find another place to stay if we want a refund. I bought dry Wonder and bicarbonate and tried to clear the carpets myself which made it a bit better but it is definitely not OK to rent with such a disgusting smell.

The infortainment is a bit dated

The house was really stuffy and smelt like mould.

Everything was great inside the unit.

The security gate is a bit difficult to open and close.

Very Comfortable feels like home away from home.

The place is a really nice size and the facilities are really great, the dishwasher etc helps you keep that holiday feel without making you feel like you back at home doing chores. The beds are really comfy and the area is nice and central

I honestly can't say that there was anything that I didn't like, if anything the outside area is a bit cramped with the trees that are a bit bushy, so difficult for a few people to sit outside BUT the inside braai area makes up for that. I will definitely recommend.

Would be nice to have had a ceiling fan in the extra room, it is very hot in that room.
