The location is allocated in safe neighbourhood and quiet. Loved the surrounding view of the area and how easy it was to get an uber/bolt.

The place was modern. Good modern tiles, floors and wall colours. Very comfortable and very neat. Was fitted with all the necessary equipment and lights for load shedding. Safe parking at front door and behind a steel remote controlled security sliding gate.

Perhaps just think of clear bar burglar proofing at the opening windows. Its just a thought! Every thing was good.
