The White House Lumbarda

After reading so so many positive opinions about this place I decided to book even though I saw at least the bathrom was totaly dated. We arrived. Apartment clean as an older house can be, great terrace, nice view, proximity of everything, kind hosts.

The place was not only dated it was also bug infested. I couldnt grab a cup, a pan or a plate without ants crawling all over. After reporting it to the host they sad the ants love salty soil and thats why they are there. Ok. Thats outside...why are they in my bed, on my clothes. Colonies of them! Probably because all the gaps in the doors and windows. And the centipedes... If you dont want to coexist with a million other creatures on your vacation...dont come here. They offered me some ant spray or dust. No consolation to me. One day I saw a sand lizard crawl into the other appartmant through the door gap. I dont reccomend. Squeeky door, squeeky floor. The place needs a total renovation and also a better maintenance of the property. Theres a million years old rusty bath tub laying arround, a rusty grill just by the enterance and things just thrown arround.

It had everything we need, great location and loved the outdoor grill.

Very nice location near the town of Lumbarda with accessibility to the old town, Przina and Bilin Zal beaches, the harbour as well as local grocery stores. The property sits atop a nice incline which affords great views of the surroundings. Also walking distance from the best wineries nearby. Well worth the value !

The room can do with some refurnishing as the furniture and amenities, while functioning, are a bit old. As it is a duplex, there is a flight of stairs which are built rather unconventionally so can prove a bit tricky to climb up to the bedroom, whose floorboards do creak a bit. Also, there is no AC on the ground floor, just a fan, and the flow from the AC on the first floor does not reach downstairs.

Stayed here for 4 days. Good place, scenic location. Parking slot provided. Very lovely accommodation and facilities. Inside the apartment you have everything you need for your stay. Kitchen utensils, TV, wi-fi, 2 rooms, 2 terraces. 10/10

La ubicación del alojamiento es espectacular, ante ti se ven unas vistas que te dejan sin respiración. Un campo de viñas, el mar y montañas. Las camas son cómodas y confortables, y tiene todo lo necesario para estar unos días. El sitio es tranquilo.

Era un dúplex y aunque no nos importó demasiado, es cierto que puede ser una desventaja.

First of all the hosts are amazing. They are always there for you if you need something. Best thing about accomodation is THE VIEW. Accommodation have everything you need, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Everything was clean. Location is just perfect. 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest sand beaches. 10/10.
