The location is great, city centar and the beaches are nearby. There is a big supermarket in the neighbourhood. The apartment is very clean. Hosts provided us with the baby kot.

We only spent one night here, but we slept like a baby. The bed was very comfortable, the apartment was clean and the location was on top - only a 5 minute walk from the seaside. The host welcomed us upon arrival and was very nice.

Great central location ….easy walk during the day to beach boardwalk in one direction, and easy walk at night in the other direction to the city center for nightlife

Apartment was on third level, so had to carry luggage up three flights of stairs. Otherwise, liked everything

The place is very spacious, has all the utilities, and it is really close to the beach - barely 5 minutes walking. Thanks to that, we had time/energy left to walk along the coast and find less crowded spots (not that easy in Makarska). Nice shop is literally behind the corner, as well as fruit stand and many restaurants.

This is not the safest place to visit with small kids: slippery floors (they have been changed since the photos were taken), staircase with unsafe railing, unstable tv, etc. Also, the terrace is not really usable: it gets so hot that you cannot even walk on it, let alone sit at the table. It didn't happen to me in other south-facing terraces in Croatia. Also, I was unpleasantly surprised that detergents were not included. It is not a big deal for me to buy them, but most properties provide such amenities.
