Nice owner, easy communication, central location close to old town & small city beach, enough space for 4 people, sea view, parking behind the house.

-the smaller bathroom was moldy in some places -the chairs on the terrace are uncomfortable in the long run -the beds are low & mattress is not very comfortable -new refrigerator, washing machine, capsule coffee maker would be nice to have - a dishwasher would be nice because the hot water runs out quickly
