GMC Turistics - The Old Fisherman House

The property was comfortably maintained, air conditioning and clean. The location was perfect, you can easily reach the beach and good restaurants (expensive and cheap ;) )

It was spacious, clean comfortable felt like home away from home

Didn’t have an iron board. The balcony door needs to be fixed but all in all perfect

The location is ideal, 5 minute walk from Orange Square and 30 seconds to the beach. The apartment was a good price for what you got, 1 double, 2 singles, a balcony and one bathroom. Perfect for a family of 4. TV with HDMI cable (which was helpful). The hosts were very helpful and considerate.

Beds were a bit stiff but ok. There is only salt in the kitchen ingredients wise so keep that in mind. Not an abundance of kitchen utensils either but sufficient for a short stay! Balcony is nice with artificial grass but since pictures don't show it I'll mention you're only looking at the inside of an apartment block. Very lovely stay!

For the price we paid it was decent. The balcony a plus. The bathroom looks newly renovated however the shower is awkward. Water out of the shower range. Uncomfortable to shower. The location was ok. The chevron floors are nice. For what we paid it was fine enough. And lucky we did get in the 3 times the keys were difficult. It was JUST and ONLY fine. Not bad. Not great.

When we arrived the locks and keys to enter the unit were alot. A neighbor saw me struggling and came to help we still both strugged. Another night a building door to enter the building was stuck I called and called the host, and finally we got the door open. We weren't sure what we were going to do. But 2 females at least we were together. Another night one of the locks on the unit door wouldn't turn, I was a half an hour outside the door trying to get in. There is also a smell when we arrived. Smells like cat. And another smell in the kitchen. A different smell. We had a rental car so parking was important to us, they didn't say it was included, but street parking is very hard to find and the parking lot suggested was closed for renovations. This is low season!! And we finally found a place to park only for 2hrs max so move the car until night time. 🤦🏼‍♀️ The beds and bedding, not great. The arm of the couch was broken and the coffee table is wobbly.

The mattress and pillows need changing The shower water sprays outside the shower and needs a shower curtain to stop water going in the floor. More bowls for mixing up food Plastic cooking utensils would be better than the metal ones as they scrape the pans But was a lovely flat. These are the changes I would make. I also run a airbnb so was just thinking of what I would do

View from the balcony was ok but only sunny at 10.00hrs in the morning. Could do with updating. Kitchen was well equipped but only one wine glass! WiFi didn’t work
