L'emplacement par rapport au port et la plage est idéal. Commerces à proximité, marché... Le stationnement privatif est également un atout fort appréciable. La résidence est splendide, fleurie et actrêmement propre, le personnel très avenant

Seul bémol, le bruit de la voie rapide à proximité immédiate, le jardin de la résidence étant attenant à cette voie.
