Great apartment for a group of friends who want to stay in Venice and the surroundings. 3 separate bedrooms, a spacious living room, a sparkling clean bathroom with washing machine, a small terrace - everything you need for your stay. The supermarket is around the corner, a bus stop to Venice is like 5 minutes by walk and Mestre train station is around 10 minutes walk. The host communicates on time and is adequate to our needs

Good communication with the host, location convenient for Venice - 5 mins walk to the bus stop €1.50 & 10 mins into centre. Two big supermarkets at the end of the street. Apartment well equipped, comfortable beds and clean. Thank you for an enjoyable stay..

Nadia and her husband were very welcoming. Even helped us with our luggage up the stairs. Location made it easy to get to Venice by car and avoid the high cost of transit.

There was construction while we were there that was quite noisy.

Чистота на 10 балов. Надя все рассказала показала как добраться до Венеции. Супермаркет рядом. Парковка у дома. Тихая улочка посторонних нет. В апартаментах все продуманно до мелочей. Респект хозяйке.

Posizione ottima, vicino a diversi mezzi di trasporto, si arriva alla stazione di Venezia in pochi minuti. Per la colazione abbiamo fatto un pò di spesa, ma la casa era già attrezzata con il necessario: caffè normale e decaffeinato, tè, zucchero, biscotti, ecc.

Non c'è nulla che non ci è piaciuto, anzi, sia l'appartamento che la proprietaria sono andati oltre le migliori aspettative. L'ho già consigliato ad amici e parenti e continuerò a farlo.

De ligging van het appartement is top. Winkels vlakbij, nette buurt waar de auto gratis geparkeerd kan worden en een prima busverbinding (15 min) naar het centrum van Venetië. Het appartement zelf is ruim. Drie grote slaapkamers en 1 badkamer. Goede bedden en een ruime keuken (van alle gemakken voorzien), die ook als woonkamer dient. De eigenaresse kwam de sleutel zelf brengen en was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er wordt ook snel gereageerd op vragen die (van te voren) worden gesteld.

Bijna niets. Behalve dan dat, afhankelijk van je persoonlijke situatie, de woonkamer kan tegenvallen. De keuken (en tevens woonkamer) is ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken. Er staat los van de eetkamer tafel met 6 stoelen, 2 stoelen (fauteuils). Voor ons (gezin met 3 volwassen kinderen) geen probleem omdat we de beide dagen van vroeg tot laat in de stad waren, maar als je met 5 of 6 personen hier langer binnen verblijft, is die ruimte aan de krappe kant.

Nadia was very helpfull and responsive. Appartment was cosy, clean and fully equipped for our stay.
