Everything. First of all great communication from the host, she always answered quickly and was at the appartment even when we arrived earlier than we told her. She very quickly showed us in and explained a couple of things, in particular good advice about Venice travel then left us alone. The appartment is large and comfortable particularly with air con which was very welcome. The beds were comfortable and it is well equipped. For the bus there are stops (Durada? Bus 6 or 6L) just 500 metres away and you can pay with your card on the bus. Then we bought a 24hr travel card which was perfect for our trip as we arrived in the afternoon and stayed 2 nights. So we validated the card at 8pm and it was good for a boat and bus ride that evening and all the next day. Venice is of course very busy as is to be expected. We booked the free rooftop view from the department store near Rialto bridge, can recommend. I would definitely book this appartment again if I returned to Venice. Because it is outside the city then you can park for free and it's better value, and only 15 minutes from the door to the Venice bus station if you time it well.

Spacious apartment, clean, quiet neighborhood. Very close to grocery shopping, cafe, and restaurants. Convenient to take bus into venice. Ample street parking.

The apartment was very clean and very good organized. It was very easy to find the place.

Nothing to mention. Only good words about the location and the host.

We loved La Nadia! The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. Nadia was a very gracious host. She came right over when we arrived. She had the kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook meals plus coffee and biscuits. The bedrooms were bright and comfortable. There was a washing machine which we really appricated as we had already been traveling for 8 days. It was a couple minutes walk to two grocery stores and to the bus stop. The bus ran frequently and was less than 20 minutes to Venice. The cost was very reasonable.

The only downside was that it was on the 4th floor and did not have an elevator.

Clean, nice apartment, good view, close to transport. You have everything what you need.
