Lo mejor del alojamiento es la terraza: es bastante grande y tiene una vista hermosa. También se nota que el lugar está pensado con muchos detalles, está muy bien amoblado y limpio

Las instalaciones son muy pequeñas. La cama de arriba tiene el techo demasiado bajo: si medís más de 1,60 m, es muy fácil golpearse la cabeza. Además, el Wi-Fi funciona muy mal, prácticamente inutilizable por momentos. Otro punto que no me resultó cómodo fue la sensación de control durante toda la estadía. La señora de la propiedad está constantemente chequeando cómo va todo, lo que hace que uno no se sienta del todo libre ni cómodo. Además, un día un amigo dejó su mochila en el departamento y otro día subió unos minutos a buscarla. Era claro que no se quedó a dormir ni estuvo más que un momento, pero igualmente me mandaron un mensaje retándome y diciéndome que no podía ingresar gente. Esa situación reforzó la sensación de que estaban vigilando todo el tiempo, y la verdad me hizo sentir muy mal. Pero lo que menos me gustó fue una situación del último día. Tardé un poco más en responder cuál era mi horario de salida para el check-out y vino un hombre con un tono bastante amenazante a pedirme que respondiera AHORA. La verdad, no me gustó para nada el trato. Soy una mujer que viaja sola y me dio miedo. No me pareció pertinente ni adecuado para un hospedaje que envíen a un hombre a pedir una respuesta de una manera que se sintió VIOLENTA.

Excellent location, just over a 10-minute walk from the train station and only a few minutes from the old town. Really good price, particularly for Monopoli. The apartment is on the second floor with no lift, but it wasn't a problem. It is very clean, well equipped, and has a modern bathroom with a lovely monsoon shower. WiFi, air-conditioning. Washing machine. The beds are comfortable, and the roof terrace is fantastic, it gets sun throughout the day. Giovanna is easy to contact, friendly, and very helpful. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Monopoli. Monopoli - market day on Tuesday - lovely fruit, vegetables, olives and tarralli. A Coop a few minutes walk from the apartment, bars and restaurants nearby.

There was nothing that I didn't like. It notes very clearly in the listing that the apartment is on the second floor and no lift. Inside the apartment there's a short staircase which is quite steep. It was really helpful that I knew that before I got there.

L’emplacement près de la gare, la grande terrasse, le confort et le charme du logement. Et aussi la ponctualité et la réactivité lors de l’arrivée et du départ. Je recommande vivement !

We had a really nice stay here, even though it was just for one night. The apartment was super clean and had everything that we needed. We really appreciated having a coffee machine there. The location is great, close to both train station and city center. The roof terrace was beautiful and definitely a highlight for us, we enjoyed having a coffee up there.

Nothing we personally didn't like or had any problems with. Just a small thing to keep in mind, the stairs leading to the upper floor and roof terrace are a little steep, so they might be a bit challenging for some guests.

Die Dachterrasse, aber steile Treppe

Die schöne große Dachterrasse, haben wir zur Erholung nach den Ausflügen gerne genutzt. Die Küche befindet sich über dem Schlafzimmer. Damit man mit den Einkäufen nicht über die schmale Leiter vom Schlafzimmer in die Küche klettern muss, kann man auch das Treppenhaus nutzen, um auf die Terrasse und dann in die Küche zu kommen. Alles war sehr sauber und in einem jugendlichen Stil eingerichtet. Altstadt oder Strandpromenade sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. So kann man das Auto auch mal stehen lassen.

Es war nicht immer leicht, einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden. Zu den Hauptzeiten sind alle Straßen zugeparkt. Da muss man auch mal 2 bis 3 Straßen weiter entfernt parken.

It’s a very comfortable and quaint apartment with a large and sunny terrace. It is located near the train station as well as the centre of town.

Not a problem for us but the apartment is on 2 different levels with a steep staircase.
