La terrazza di Chiara - vista mare

This apartment centrally located right situated right near the beach and the church so you will get woken up by church bells. The second bedroom is more of a second living room downstairs with a sofa bed. It smells of damp and has significant mould visible in the bathroom and also cockroaches were present. The rest of the apartment is fine and it does have a great rooftop with a view. Please note it is very difficult to park near the unit, you will have to walk at least ten minutes to have free parking. Be careful of the ZTL zone as you can get a huge fine if you enter accidentally. The host communicated well, although there was some confusion when he showed me the rooftop as the neighbours didn’t realise that “tourists” were renting the apartment. It made us feel like we shouldn’t sit up there. Wouldn’t be staying here again.

The location of the property is perfect, the house is split over 4 floors including the roof terrace. We loved the views from the roof terrace while having breakfast. A fantastic base for exploring Puglia.

The whole house is recently renewed and very nice, it has a roof terrace with a great view. Location is perfect.

One bedroom is on the street level and has only very small window very high on the wall so there is never sun, during the night street lights are disturbing and the sofa bed is not a good solution for longer stay. The bathroom there is very small. That room is very unpleasant. The rest of the house is very nice but there are a lot of stairs to climb as every room is on one level, totally 4 floors. Kitchen is on the third floor.

Great location, roof terrace is wonderful, very elegantly furnished, comfortable bed, great space for a couple or couple and one other (in ground floor room)

Information given at check-in could have been more thorough (which water heaters supply which sinks/applicances), basics on how to use washer; how to access roof deck, etc., would have been appreciated. Key handover felt very rushed. Maybe some printed instructions left in the unit would help? Parking situation could have been explained better before check in. DON'T FOLLOW GOOGLE MAPS from Bari - it will take you into a ZTL area (no cars allowed) and only park in areas with white lines. On street parking is the only real option - it can be close (2 min walk to apt) but only if you're lucky.

Great location right in the historic centre, close to lots of great restaurants, bars and close to the beaches. The roof top terrace is amazing with great views and just a great place to spend some time relaxing.

No issue for us but the appartment is over 4 stories, the stairs are quite narrow so would not suit anyone with mobility issues, although it does help burn some of those pizza calories!

Great communication with host who met us at the property. Beautify apartment in a creat central location. The rooftop was amazing!

Only thing that would have been great would have been some oil, salt and pepper for cooking and washing powder for the washing machine.
