Great views from the balcony. Premium location for living in the old town.

As it is the top floor, the room gets very warm, the AC works adequately enough. Bit of noise in the night from bar street, but it is expected.

The location is right on the marina, it has a stunning view for the sea and the yachts and also very near to all cafes markets and clubs ! Also the property has everything you may need in your time there. Best place to be inn

The view over the bay is spectacular.spent so much relaxing time watching the boats come and go, and people watching. Excellent restaurant ,Nil Balik , immediately below with staff who were very helpful, and a small convenience shop on way round the back with immediate shopping items, bread, milk etc. It was comfortable with super air conditioning, washing machine, drying area, all sorts of cooking equipment (but we didn’t use this).

Access is from the promenade which is closed to traffic after 11.0 am. The taxi driver managed to get us to nearest point at midnight , but then we had to walk quite a long way with wheelchair and all our luggage. Access to the appartment is round the back with a key pad, so you need to contact the owner by what’s app msg to get the code. Crockery is basic and there are no scissors or bread knife, but essentials are there.

The location of property is good pr even excellent for food, party, old city area.

the room was not clean and it smells bad in the room (wc).

Couldn’t get hold of them for check in over booking.com and phone number was incorrect so check in was a bit of a nightmare and received no apology.

Ancak tesis boya badana yapılmak üzere her tarafı toplanmış boya badana malzemeleri orta yerde duruyor televizyon koltuklar vs onların hepsi kenara çekip istiflenmiş, çalışmaz durumda. Bu durumda bu tesisi kiralamak doğru değil. Tesis sahibi ile telefonla konuşmamıza rağmen bu durumdan bahsetmediği için bu tüketiciyi aldatmak olarak nitelenmelidir
