"Clean well appointed apartment close to old town."

Host was extremely helpful on arrival, checking the streets around for a free parking spot. The apartment was clean and well appointed and well located 500m from the old town. Washing machine with washing liquid, nice terrace above for sun baking and drying clothes.

Steep narrow stairs. Though host helped to carry bags on arrival.

"Lovely apartment, great location and great hosts."

· The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The hosts were very helpful, polite and accommodating. I'd messaged Roberta in advance with my rental car details and he arranged on street parking. He met us on arrival and explained how everything in the apartment. It's also very short walk to the seafront with numerous bars/restaurants. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again.

The location was great, close to all amenities and the historic centre but on a quiet street. The roof terrace was lovely and the apartment was well equipped. Mino & Roberta great hosts, helpful, friendly and available for any questions.

Like all older properties in Monopoli there are narrow steep steps to access the upstairs accommodation and roof terrace which will not suit everyone, we had no issues at all but just something to be aware of.

Very helpful staff. Our room was lovely, very well appointed and with a beautiful view. Excellent dinner in the restaurant. Roberta and Mino, were exceptional in their warmth towards us and our requests. All their recommendations were superb. Highly recommended.
