Spacious 3BR Apartment in Llanelli

Very spacious, plenty of room for our party of 9, with nice decor. Plenty of hot water for everyone to shower.

Only having one bath room for 9 people was a little tricky. The kitchen could be better stocked with utensils and cookware. Items like hand soap and washing machine up liquid would have been appreciated. The communal area in to the flat was tired and had an unusual smell.

Very comfy, and wonderful open plan Big kitchen/diner/lounge, really nice and Asda was only about a minute's walk away Comfy beds, fluffy soft towels; wonderful to have a dish washer and especially a washing machine AND a tumble dryer esp after days at the beaches Also not far from Rhossili beach and Penbury beach...both empty and massave and a few miles long of sand and some lovely shells to collect

Because there wasn't park at the property, we had Asda car park 2 hours free parking so had to park on side streets close by...but with the good weather we had, it didn't really matter Just had a couple of issues which were sorted straight away

Location wasn’t too bad, were shops conveniently close.

The property was very unclean, dirty and unhygienic there were only dirty utensils and a full dirty dishwasher with no resources left to sort anything. It was unsafe due to many different things ei, mould on dishes/fridge and mouldy food found in cupboard, broken chairs, broken window locks & blinds etc. In multiple areas there were bad smells, stains and dirty marks. After try to resolve the issues we were sent cleaners who came off very rude and passive aggressive, they weren’t helpful at all so nothing was changed or resolve. Beds were very uncomfortable, some weren’t even made and were dusty and some even had stained throws and pillows on them. Bathroom was a nightmare.

Very spacious and fantastic location.

The bathroom needs to have a shelf and hanging hooks on the back of the bathroom door. There is a lot of room for one.
