Small but well furnished apartment with easy secure parking. Helpful host with the bags.

One needs to consider the stairs - second floor if you have a lot of luggage. No AC but the ceiling fans coped in the very hot weather. Calle Laurel tapas were more expensive than San Sebastian - go to Calle San Juan.

It was quite warm and so without Aircon it was quite warm overnight in the apartment.

We liked the apartment very much. It was warm (heating) and comfortable. The host provided coffee and some snacks. The included private parking option was great. However, do note that the entrance to the parking is located in Calle la Ribera. It's a 15 minute walk to Calle del Laurel.

The wi-fi didn't work, but other than that all was well.
