La ubicación de este alojamiento es realmente perfecta! Salvo por el tema de aparcamiento, y aunque el anfitrión te facilita parking cercano, simplemente es el parking municipal que te cobra por encima del precio establecido en el propio parking y además está a 7 min andando del enclave en cuestión, que con maletas, niños y demás… tampoco es que facilite mucho…

Pues la ausencia administrativa y silencio flagrante respecto al anfitrión tras poner en conocimiento las pésimas condiciones higiénico sanitarias y absoluto abandono del mantenimiento y salud del mobiliario y de las estructuras fijas del lugar…

El techo es muy bajo y para personas altas no merece la pena , ya que estas todo el rato agachado. En las fotos se ve mas grande de lo que parece. La casa muy bonita y todo perfecto.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Fußgängerzone der Altstadt, jedoch sehr ruhig gelegen (auch zum Altstadtfest San Bernabé!). Für das Auto wurde uns ganz in der Nähe ein kommunales Parkhaus empfohlen, echt zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung liegt auf der 5. Etage, ohne Aufzug. Die Dachwohnung bringt mit der Dachschräge am Bett oder im Bad auch Einschränkungen mit.

The apartment is charming. Fantastic location in Old Town portion of Logroño. Apartment had everything you need. I can't remember if the reviews mentioned it but it should be noted that it is 101 steps from the front door of the building to the 4th floor apartment. If you are carrying suit cases it is a climb. Still loved it.

Superbly located next to the cathedral, this apartment is the central to all of the best restaurants and sites in the old town. The apartment was spacious, clean and had every thing we needed for our short stay. Our host was super responsive to any questions and issues.

I loved the bathroom upstairs, its shower, natural light and its space as a whole, but it would be niceer for it to have a door to give it more privacy.

the location was excellent; the manager was responsive to our concerns. the electronic lock was innovative but requires a smart phone with internet coverage. perhaps these are widespread in Europe but the website gave no instructions. the dishwasher and clotheswasher worked well and the clotheshorse was helpful. the internet was excellent

the attic is 5 flights up which I discovered was very hard work with very heavy bags. the kitchen equipment could be improved, there was no bread knife or other sharp knives. a salad spinner and vegetable peeler would be useful additions. we are short people but found the low roof height problematic on one side of the bed and in the mezzanine bathroom; nocturnal trips by average height people could be dangerous!

The location was great. The communication with the host was really good. The apartment had eveything and it was comfortable. Nothing to complain about. Also there is a grocery shopping always open downstairs, really convenient.

The long stairs to get to the apartment in the 5th floor. This was not announced on booking when we booked it. we have small children, and it was quite painful to go up and down. we paid quite a lot of money for our stay, so this part should have be informed in advance. we would have book this property if we would have known.
