Quiet, scenic, very friendly

We had a fantastic stay at Guest House Lorvic in Korčula! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Mornings were a real treat enjoying a delicious breakfast outside with beautiful views was the perfect way to start each day. The location is ideal, just a short and easy walk to Lumbarda town, where we found great restaurants and lovely beaches. Another of the highlights was Lorvic is also a family-run winery, the wine tastings were excellent, with some truly delicious local wines in a relaxed and friendly setting. And of course, a huge thank you to our amazing host, Sylvana, who was incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Korčula, we’d come back in a heartbeat!

The bathroom is on the smaller side, but totally functional and didn’t cause us any issues.

Excellent varied choices for breakfast

Huge furnished balcony with amazing views over the Harbour which means lots of steps up from the pavement to the property. The winery was very interesting and the wine very good. Our hosts were very happy to answer our questions about the area. Easy taxi boat to Korcula Town.

The compact bathroom compromised the space for the toilet. A large framed person would find it very difficult to sit on the toilet.

Silvana was an absolute treat, highly attentive, and accommodated any needs. She even prepared breakfast early on our last day and arranged a taxi since the bus doesn’t run early on Sundays. The views were stunning and the room was perfect for a couple. Easy walking distance to most wineries in the area and to nearby beaches.

Mosquitos on the island are quite vicious. Be prepared. Would love to keep the doors open but they find their way in the room.

Wonderful location overlooking harbor within walking distance of town center. Excellent breakfast on outside terrace.

Bathroom is a bit small.

The house/apartment is in a fantastic location. Close to the walled city but not in the middle of the noise they can be Dubrovnik. The apartment was exceptionaly clean, beds comfortable and an inviting place to stay.

Parking in Dubrovnik is a challenge and this is no exception. Plan ~€36 a day for off site parking.

It was a lovely stay, amazing hosts, beautiful views and close to everything peaceful Lumbarda has to offer! It was our little oasis! We were able to buy wine from the hosts one night and enjoyed it on the stunning deck! We also had a wine tasting with the family members and that was wonderful and the wine was delicious! Great communication from the hosts always!! It was a perfect three days, and we were able to go swimming and enjoy Korcula more because they held our bags for us one day! It was so wonderful and we will never forget our perfect time here in Korcula!! We will be back!!!
