Used the property a few times in the past couple months and each time has been splendid! Great price and accommodations. Easy check- in/out. Located in a nice quiet area and the apartment is nicely renovated and always clean. The host is amazingly wonderful. Each visit is filled with a new complimentary treat - from flower arrangements, home baked goods, fruits/desserts, board games, even a few grocery items for your cooking needs. Everything so lovely and thoughtful.

Absolutely loved this property! The whole place is renovated, clean, and spacious with nice decor. The building is quiet. It’s the winter so lots of snowfall with the coziest views from the living room. Equipped with new appliances and smart tvs for all your streaming apps. The host is also wonderful! She was able to accommodate check- in times and even offers complimentary snacks/desserts.

There are no restaurants nearby; however it’s a full kitchen, so we cooked !

The apartment is fresh and has a very nice tasty design. Fresh fruits were for us on a table. There are small grocery stores around. The location is nice if you like us like more quiet chill places. At the same time very close to AB Park.

Few things worth noting: - in a wc/bathroom there is a transparent window with no curtain, so the upper part of your body is exposed to many apartments in the house in the froth even when taking a shower. Not a big deal if you are male, but for females... Very strange. - there are 3 rooms, one is a bedroom with a big bed, one is a child's room with a bed, and one is a guest room with a sofa. No problems with the bedroom. But if someone is sleeping in any other rooms, then you may want to know that they have one big shared glassed-in balcony that is full of various flying insects of a different kinds. So you have two options - either to open the balcony door and let them all in (windows are not openable) or stifle in the heat. We were a family of three and one family member moved to sleep in the kitchen on the chairs. This is sad, because a balcony is usually a great bonus, but not glazed ones. - microwave oven could make the kitchen perfect.
