Fantastic location,right in the town. Everything we needed was there. Clean, comfortable.
No problems at all. The stairs may be a problem for someone with mobility issues. Everything else, perfect!

Lovely flat views of the sea & river, perfect location. Warm & cosy on arrival, very clean. This flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the bathroom is beautiful. Dog bowls & blankets provided & a personalised treat box for our dog was very thoughtful. Great location in the centre of lynmouth, really is a great place to stay.
Didn’t find the bed comfy felt like rolling to the middle. It’s a personal choice with beds I think. Found the stairs tricky with our luggage & bad knees. But wort it to get to a really lovely clean flat with great views
