"VISTAS MARAVILLOSAS"

Las vistas a la playa en primera linea, espectacular. Muy bonito el apartamento, decoración, utensilios, lavadora, no echamos nada en falta. Dormir escuchando el sonido del mar, un espectaculo.

El olor que salía del baño, y las obras delante del apartamento, pero que es algo temporal. No nos molestaron, ruidos ni nada. Solo la comodidad de acceder al apartamento.

La ubicación, perfecta para moverte por la isla, las vistas excepcionales a la playa. El apartamento está completamente renovado

Hay un olor a cañerías en el baño muy desagradable. Había obras de renovación en la calle, justo en la puerta del edificio, lo que era bastante incómodo. Incluso la mañana de la salida cortaron el agua debido a las obras. Si arreglan el problema del olor y cuando terminen las obras es una buena opción. Mientras tanto elegiría otro apartamento

Der Vermieter kommt aus Deutschland und ist wirklich super nett und hilfsbereit – der Kontakt war einwandfrei. Ein großes Plus ist die Ausstattung: Es ist eigentlich alles vorhanden, was man braucht, inklusive einer Waschmaschine. Die Lage über einem Restaurant ist praktisch, wenn man direkt vor der Tür essen möchte. Direkt am Ozean. Für einen langen Aufenthalt mit Kindern ist das perfekt, da man sich gut selbst versorgen kann. Zudem liegt die Wohnung ideal für jemanden, der direkt in der Stadt sein und sich dort austoben möchte.

Leider ist die Wohnung insgesamt schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das merkt man besonders an den Armaturen und der Dusche. Zudem ist der Boden teilweise beschädigt und die WC-Tür ließ sich nicht schließen. Ein weiteres Problem war der Geruch in der Wohnung, der vermutlich durch das darunterliegende Restaurant entsteht und sehr spezifisch ist.

La ubicación esta muy bien, esta bien situado para moverte por toda la isla. Tiene muy buenas vistas a la playa de Melenara.

Lo que no me gusto aunque lo sabíamos, es que es una segunda planta sin ascensor.
