Location was right for me The apartment looks okay and properly furnished

It seemed the property was not expecting me, even though I paid long in advance full Price. 1. The toilet was not flushing, I reported it before 14hrs, the maintenance guy came to fix it after 20hrs 2. TV was a dart -Showing error code E42-32- The maintenance guy could not fix it. 3. There were no towels in the room, the maintenance guy eventually brought 2 small towels when I asked, and said he can not find other’s towels. 4. The water in the water kettle had insects. 5. The bathroom window could not close - I felt unsafe 6. The place smelled of dust.

There was no enough plugs for charging phones.

Boni was amazing. She was calm and welcoming. They waited for us until midnight. Will definitely book there again because everything was perfect.

location -far from venue.

I had a roof over my head. The apartment was kept clean throughout our stay. The host was friendly, polite and helpful. We are grateful for her availability and willingness to provide the chairs and other things that we needed.

We arrived after 22h00 and the apartment was still not ready. The staff were still cleaning the apartment and making the beds. We went to bed at about 23h30 to midnight One of the 2 single beds was broken and the mattress was partially collapsed. There was no lounge furniture, except a rundown couch that was damaged and was not washed on time - was therefore wet and damaging to clothes.

The place is a bit out of town into the villages. +-10km out of the CBD. The waiting at the gate and calling different numbers to gain access to the place can be improved. The place is quite comfortable but there is no WiFi in the apartments and cellphone signal is quite bad.

The reception and welcoming was poor. Had to wait long while to be assisted. Waited a long time to gain entry and waited again for more than 15mins for them to open the gate to leave.

There was huge blood stains on the bed sheets and blankets, I would've taken pictures but I was just too disgusted to do so. The toilet wasn't working.
