It would have been nice to have a welcome pack. We arrived late and no shops were open we couldn’t even have a coffee. So milk, coffee and tea would have been nice.

The location was perfect, the apartment catered to all our needs. Vittoria and the team were on hand to help with any questions or requests. Would highly recommend it as a place to stay in Menaggio. We'll be back!

The apartment was fantastic. Very spacious, well decorated and comfortable. Couldn't really ask for anything more. The location is outstanding. You really couldn't be better located in Menaggio.

The check in/out times aren't great. Collect keys between 4-6pm and leave before 10am is not ideal. Just seems to something that suits the agents rather than the guests. Collect from 3pm until whenever, and leave by 11am seems much more common and reasonable. Bit odd not to have a TV.
