"Better take your own towels, toilet paper and soap."

The room was nice with a beautiful view. The staff was friendly.

No towels, no toilet paper, no soap, no wifi... I went to the receptionist to ask about this, but she couldn't answer any questions. I had to send a whatsapp message to the manager. After I did so, they didn't answer until the next morning. Very bad communication. In the evening and at night time there is no receptionist at all, just security. Also, at night time the security told me to wear a mask, which I refused.
